Úloha radiologického asistenta u vybraných CT a MR vyšetření dětí

Abstract

Ve své bakalářské práci jsem se věnovala tématu vyšetřování dětí na výpočetní tomografii a magnetické rezonanci se zaměřením na vybraná vyšetření. V teoretické části jsem se zabývala ionizujícím zářením a jeho využitím ve vybrané oblasti zdravotnictví. Popsala jsem základy radiační ochrany, princip vybraných modalit, přípravu na vyšetření, průběh vyšetření a kontrastní látky. Do teoretické části jsem zahrnula i obecnou problematiku anestezie a komunikace s dětským pacientem. V praktické části jsem provedla vlastní sběr dat na dětské části vybraného pracoviště a dotazníkové šetření týkající se problematiky komunikace s dětským pacientem. Ve výsledcích jsem vytvořila přehled počtů vyšetřených dětských pacientů na CT a MR za roky 2018-2020. Vytvořila jsem grafy s počty jednotlivých vyšetřovaných oblastí u vybraných modalit a podrobněji jsem se zaměřila na nejčastěji vyšetřovanou oblast, u které jsem provedla rozbor na počty konkrétnějších vyšetření. Na základě výsledků jsem popsala průběh nejčastějších vyšetření u CT a MR prováděných na vybraném pracovišti. V druhé části jsem zhotovila grafy k dotazníkovému šetření. V diskuzi jsem své výsledky porovnala s výsledky jiných autorů a na základě dotazníkového šetření jsem popsala důležité aspekty komunikace radiologického asistenta s dětským pacientem.

In my theses, I dealt with the subject of children screening of computed tomography and magnetic resonance imaging with the focus on some selected examinations. In the theoretical part I dealt with ionizing radiation and its applications in selected sections of medicine. Besides other things, I described basics of radiation protection, principle of selected modalities, preparation for screening, screening itself and contrast mediums. The theoretical part includes also general issues of anaesthesia and communication with paediatric patient. In the practical part I carried out my own data collection in selected children department and questionnaire research of issues of the communication with paediatric patient. I used the results to create the overview of the number of paediatric patients treated by computed tomography and magnetic resonance during the time period of 2018-2020. I created the graphs indicating numbers of particular screened regions and I focussed on most often screened region where I performed the analysis of number of actual types of used screenings. I used the results to describe the performance of the most frequent screenings by computed tomography and magnetic resonance carried out in selected department. In the second part there are presented in the graphs the results of questionnaire research. In discussion I compared these results with that of other studies and used the results of my questionnaire research to describe important aspects of radiologist assistant´s communication with paediatric patient.
