V rámci prvního kontaktního vstupního vyšetření byla první skupině zapůjčen systém Homebalance obsahující stabilometrickou plošinu, tablet s realizací herního prostředí (software) a cloudovým úložištěm a měsíční cvičební plán, druhá skupina byla instruována do cviků dle metody Akrální koaktivační terapie a obdržela brožuru s popisem cviků. Obě skupiny měly v případě potřeby možnost videokonzultací prostřednictvím online komunikačních platforem. Kompletní výsledky včetně hodnocení terapie pacienty jsou shrnuty v kapitole Výsledky a následně jsou ověřeny stanovené hypotézy. The bachelor thesis aims at the topic of distance kinesiotherapy, which is rehabilitation in patient's home without therapist's personal contact. Specifically, it is focused on patients with vertebrogenic algic syndrome and compares two different methods of the physical therapy. The chapter Overview of the current state presents anatomical and pathophysiological findings related to the issue and information about distance therapy and telerehabilitation from its history to the nowadays possibilities of use. The Methodology chapter lists the methods used for diagnostics and therapy and in the Special chapter is description of exercises for both groups of patients. The motive of the thesis is to evaluate the efficiency of distant therapy, and also comparison of therapy using Homebalance technology with more common classical kinesiotherapy. During the initial personal physical examination, the first group had got hold of stabilometric platform along with monthly exercise plan, while the second group was instructed to perform exercises based on the Acral Coactivation Therapy and received a brochure with exact description of exercises. Both groups were able to consult their therapy though online video consultations. The main goal of the work is to determine the effectiveness of distant therapy in general and further comparation of two rehabilitation methods according to specific criteria. In the Results chapter there are complete results of the monitored criteria, including the evaluation of patient therapy and the established hypotheses are verified.
