Provoz sportovního areálu během epidemie akutního respiračního onemocnění

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá analýzou provozu Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka a jeho připravenosti na provoz během epidemie akutního respiračního onemocnění. První část diplomové práce seznamuje čtenáře s epidemiologií s důrazem na proces šíření nákazy. Jedna z podkapitol se zabývá legislativou týkající se problematiky této diplomové práce. Dále je pozornost věnována charakteristice vybraných akutních respiračních onemocnění. První část této práce uzavírá podkapitola popisující současný stav Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka. V praktické části je provedena analýza rizik Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka se zaměřením na provoz sportovního areálu během epidemie akutního respiračního onemocnění. Analýza rizik proběhla s využitím metod PHA a Safety audit, jejím výstupem je seznam rizik. Pro doplňkový sběr dat bylo uskutečněno dotazníkové šetření mezi návštěvníky Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka. Na základě získaných informací byla provedena SWOT analýza, ve které je zhodnocen současný stav Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka pro jeho provoz při epidemii akutního respiračního onemocnění. Výsledky provedených analýz a data z dotazníkového šetření posloužily jako podklad pro návrh vhodných bezpečnostních opatření, která byla vnesena do návrhu provozního řádu Sportovního areálu ČVUT Kotlářka, který je součástí druhé části diplomové práce.

The diploma thesis deals with the analysis of the operation of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex and its readiness for operation during an epidemic of acute respiratory disease. The first part of the diploma thesis informs readers about epidemiology with an emphasis on the process of spreading the disease. One of the subchapters deals with the legislation concerning the issue of this diploma thesis. Furthermore, attention is paid to the characteristics of selected acute respiratory diseases. The first part of this work concludes with a subchapter describing the current state of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex. In the practical part, an analysis of the risks of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex is performed, focusing on the operation of the sports complex during an epidemic of acute respiratory disease. The risk analysis was performed using the PHA and Safety audit methods, the output of which is a list of risks. A questionnaire survey was conducted among the visitors of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex for additional data collection. Based on the information obtained, a SWOT analysis was performed, in which the current state of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex is evaluated for its operation in the event of an acute respiratory disease epidemic. The results of the analyzes and data from the questionnaire survey served as a basis for the proposal of appropriate security measures, which was introduced into the proposal of the operating line of the CTU Kotlářka Sports Complex, which is part of the second part of the thesis.
