Vliv fyzioterapie u lupavé kyčle

Abstract

Bakalářská práce sleduje vliv fyzioterapie u lupavé kyčle vnějšího a vnitřního typu. Kapitola Přehled současného stavu je věnována anatomickému popisu a kineziologii kyčelního kloubu, posturální trupové stabilizaci a samotné problematice lupavé kyčle, kde jsou popsány jednotlivé typy, diagnostika a možnosti léčby. V kapitole Metodika jsou uvedeny všechny použité vyšetřovací metody a terapeutické postupy zahrnuté ve cvičební jednotce.Speciální část je věnována vstupním a kontrolním vyšetřením u 8 probandů, které trápí lupavá kyčel. Ti jsou rozděleni do dvou skupin, první skupina je složená z probandů s vnějším typem, druhá s vnitřním typem. Obě skupiny mají zadanou cvičební jednotku, která byla individuálně upravena dle kineziologického rozboru. V kapitole Výsledky jsou popsána výstupní vyšetření jednotlivých probandů a zhodnocen efekt dosavadní terapie. Následně jsou výsledky shrnuty do tabulky a porovnány.

This Bachelor thesis observes the impact of physiotherapy on snapping hip of the internal and external type. The “Overview of the current state” chapter focuses on anatomic description and kinesiology of a hip joint, postural torso stabilization and problematics of the snapping hip itself. The chapter also describes individual types, diagnosis and cure options. The “Methodology” chapter contains methods used for the examination and therapeutic procedures included in an exercise unit.The “Special part” is concentrated on the entry and control examination of 8 probands with snapping hip. These examinations are divided into two groups. The first group is composed of probands of an external type, the internal type is examined in the second group. Both groups have the same predefined exercise unit individually adjusted upon kinesiological analysis. The “Results” chapter describes final examinations of individual probands and evaluates the effects of the current therapy. Finally, the results are summarized into a table and compared.
