This bachelor thesis deals with floorball issues, especially the stereotype of shooting. The subject is to verify the effectiveness of the DNS concept on the issue of unilateral loading and muscular imbalances of posture disorders. The work is divided into two parts, theoretical and special. The theoretical part briefly describes floorball, its history and basic postures. Furthermore, this part is devoted to a theoretical description of shooting, what are the types and methods of shooting, its kinesiology, developmental kinesiology and biomechanics. There are described health risks, but also problems caused by unilateral strain (muscle imbalances). Last, but not least, this part describes the posture, the DNS method, the deep stabilization system and the muscles involved in it. The methodological chapter summarizes the examination methods and procedures applied in the research part of this bachelor thesis. The special part deals with ten women who play floorball. The women are divided into two groups: group A had, after the initial kinesiological analyzes, set up exercise units, based on the principle of the DNS method. The individual exercises are then described at the end of this work in the Appendix chapter. Group B served as a control and only input and output examinations were performed. In the chapter Results, the tables record the data after the output kinesiological analyses, which are compared with the initial ones. The comparison shows that the chosen method has a positive effect not only on posture, muscle imbalance, but also in the future on the correct posture and movement of segments when shooting. The chapter Discussion reviews the comparison of results with some similar studies. Evaluation of the results can also be found at the end of this thesis.
