Analýza vlivu migrační krize na projevy pravicového extremismu ve vybraných státech EU

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nenávistných projevů a projevů extremismu na území České republiky, Švédského království a Spolkové republiky Německo v souvislosti s kulminací migrační krize. Teoretická část diplomové práce se věnovala objasnění podstaty migrační krize a následné reakce jak EU, tak jednotlivých vybraných států. V této části byla zahrnuta také problematika extremismu se zaměřením na extremismus pravicový a jeho současné strategie, pole působnosti, podporovatele a symboly. Cílem práce bylo provést kvantifikaci nenávistných projevů ve vybraných státech a následně provést srovnání získaných údajů mezi jednotlivými státy v souvislosti s migrační krizí, čehož bylo dosaženo v praktické části. Praktická část sestává z datové analýzy nenávistných projevů, které byly vyjádřeny formou grafů a tabulek, a které byly následně komparovány mezi zájmovými státy. Sledovány zde byly jak vztahy mezi počtem nenávistných činů a počtem přijatých uprchlíků, tak forma těchto činů, jejich motivace a v neposlední řadě i souvislost mezi podporou krajně pravicových politických stran a zahrnutím migračních a multikulturních témat v jejich volebních programech. Mimo jiné v práci bylo potvrzeno, že migrace představuje aktivní mobilizační téma, ale konkrétní počet přijatých uprchlíků v jednotlivých státech má význam téměř marginální a nebyla zde nalezena výraznější souvislost. Na závěr byla vytvořena SWOT analýza a stanoveno několik obecných doporučení.

The Diploma thesis addresses the issue of hate speech and manifestation of extremism in the Czech Republic, the Kingdom of Sweden, and the Federal Republic of Germany in connection with the culmination of migration crisis. The theoretical part of the thesis focuses on describes the development of the migration crisis, including the subsequent response of EU as well as of individual selected countries. This part comprises the issue of extremism, emphasising the right-wing extremism and its current strategy, scope of activities, supporters and symbols. The aim of the thesis is to perform quantification of hate speech in selected countries and, subsequently, to compare the data obtained in individual countries, in connection with the migration crisis, which was performed in the practical section. The practical section consists of the data analysis of hate speech depicted in the form of graphs and tables and subsequently compared among selected countries. The thesis observes both the connections among the number of hate crimes and the number of admitted refugees, the form of the crimes, their motivation and also the connection between the support of far-right political parties and the inclusion of migration and multicultural issues in their election programs. Among other things, it was confirmed that migration represents an active mobilization topic, however the actual number of refugees admitted in individual countries is of marginal importance and no significant connection was detected. At the conclusion was made SWOT analysis and provided some general recommendations.
