Úrazy cyklistů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci jsou popsány vybrané úrazy cyklistů v přednemocniční neodkladné péči, především je věnována pozornost závažnějším zraněním a také úrazům, které se ihned po úrazu nemusí projevit. V teoretické části práce se bude student zabývat stručnou charakteristikou cyklistiky, úrazů, závažných úrazů a jejich základní rozdělení. Dále charakteristikou a popisem vybraných druhů poranění cyklistů, mezi které patří poranění hlavy, úrazy páteře, poranění hrudníku a břicha, poranění horních a dolních končetin. Teoretická část se zabývá i způsobem zdravotnického ošetření v přednemocniční neodkladné péči popsaných úrazů. Zmíněna je i lékárnička pro cyklisty - její důležitost a co všechno by měla obsahovat. Praktická část obsahuje analýzu dat získaných prostřednictvím retrospektivního sběru dat. Tato výzkumná část práce je zaměřena na základní otázky týkající se cyklistických úrazů. Dotazník byl rozeslán v elektronické a papírové podobě posádkám zdravotnické a letecké záchranné služby v České republice. Cílem práce je na základě výzkumu vyhodnotit zkušenosti záchranářů LZS a ZZS s úrazy cyklistů na pozemních komunikacích, cyklostezkách a v terénu, a nejčastější příčiny vzniku těchto úrazů.

In this bachelor's thesis, the selected cycling injuries in prehospital emergency care will be described, especially attention will be emphasized to the more serious injuries and also to injuries, which may not occur after the accident immediately. In the theoretical part of the work, the student will deal with a brief description of cycling, accidents, serious injuries and their basic distribution. Furthermore, the characteristic and description of selected types of cyclists' injuries, including head injuries, spinal injuries, chest and abdomen injuries, upper and lower extremities injuries. The theoretical part also deals with the method of medical treatment in prehospital emergency care of the described injuries. The first aid kit for cyclists is also mentioned - its importance and what it should contain. The practical part will include an analysis of data, obtained through a retrospective data collection. This research part of the work is focused on basic issues related to bicycle accidents. The questionnaires were distributed in electronic and paper form to crews at the emergency medical and helicopter emergency medical services in Czech Republic. The aim of the work is assessment, based on research, of the experiences of emergency and helicopter emergency medical services rescuers with injuries of cyclists on roads, bike paths and in the terrain, and the most common causes of these accidents.
