Histologická stavba dělohy, porovnání tkáně fyziologické s vybranými patologickými stavy

Abstract

Bakalářská práce s názvem Histologická stavba dělohy, porovnání tkáně fyziologické s vybranými patologickými stavy se v první části zabývá anatomickým a histologickým popisem tkáně dělohy a děložního hrdla, na jehož patologické změny je práce nejvíce zaměřena. Dále jsou popsána rizika vzniku onemocnění a v případě infekce lidskými papilomaviry, následného přenosu. Pozornost je také věnována vyšetřovacím metodám, které se podílejí na diagnostice onemocnění. Veškeré získané vzorky tkáně byly zpracovány postupy obvyklými v histologické laboratoři. Základní barvení hematoxylin-eosin bylo doplněno imunohistochemickou detekcí s použitím metody KI-67 a P16. Získané preparáty jsou vyhodnoceny s důrazem na porovnání zdravé tkáně a detekovaných patologických stavů. Mezi vybranými patologickými stavy se nacházely jednotlivé stupně prekancerózních lézí (cervikální intraepiteliální neoplazie stupně 1-3, a dlaždicobuněčný karcinom), postihující děložní čípek. Všechny tyto vzorky společně s fyziologickou tkání byly podle standartních operačních postupů zpracovány a následně vyhodnoceny a porovnány. Použitá barvení dobře odlišují vybrané patologické stavy od zdravé tkáně děložního čípku.

This bachelor's thesis with the title Histology of the uterus, comparison of physiological tissue arrangement and selected pathological conditions firstly concentrates on anatomical and histological description of uterine and cervical tissue, with the special attention to pathological changes of the cervix. There is the description of the risk factors of the onset of the disease and in case of the human papillomavirus infection of the subsequent transmission. At the same time there are described diagnostic methods, which take part in the diagnostic process of selected diseases. All of the acquired samples of tissue were processed according to the standard operational procedures. The procedure using the basic hematoxylin-eosin staining was completed with immunohistochemic detection using the methods KI-67 a P16. The acquired preparations were evaluated with emphasis on comparison of healthy tissue to detected pathological conditions. Among the chosen pathological conditions there were individual stages of precancerous lesions (cervical intraepithelial neoplasia grade 1-3), and the squmous cell carcinoma which affect the cervix. All of these samples, including the physiological tissue, were processed in accordance with the standard operational procedures and then evaluated and compared. The dyes used for staining the samples are well capable to differentiate chosen pathological conditions from the healthy tissue of the cervix.
