Artefakty v MR obraze - jejich úskalí a možná klinická využití

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části je popsána historie a vývoj samotné magnetické rezonance, dále jsou vyjmenovány nejčastěji využívané sekvence pro zobrazování pomocí MR. Velká část tohoto oddílu práce je věnována vybraným artefaktům, jež mohou v obraze MR vzniknout. Poslední část je věnována krátké kapitole o kontrastních látkách a trombóze nitrolebních žilních splavů. Praktická část je zaměřena na zjištění počtu pozitivních nálezů trombotického uzávěru, který způsobil výpadek v obraze při vyšetření se zaměřením nitrolební žilní splavy na magnetické rezonanci na Radiodiagnostické klinice ve Fakultní nemocnici Královské Vinohrady. Tyto výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek a grafického znázornění v podobě výsečových grafů. Výsledky této práce jsou posléze porovnány s výsledky dvou různých studií, jenž byly vydány v roce 2007 a 2012. Závěrem je navržen další možný postup pro porovnávání výsledků, aby bylo docíleno co nejpřesnějšího srovnání počtu detekované nitrolební žilní trombózy z celkového počtu venografických vyšetření na MR mezi FNKV a jiným nemocničním zařízením.

This bachelor's thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The practical part describes a history and developmetn of the magnetic resonance of itself, then it lists the most commonly used sequences for MR imaging. A large portion of this section is devoted to selected artifacts that may occur un the MR image. The last part is devoted to a short chapter on contrast agents and thrombosis of dural venous sinuses. The practical part is focused on determining the number of positive findings of thrombotic occlusion, which caused a loss of signal in the image during examination with a focus on dural venous sinuses on magnetic resonance imaging at the Radidiagnostic Clinic at Fakultní nemocnice Královské Vinohrady. These results are processed into tables and graphical representations in the form of a circle chart. The results of this thesis are then copared with the results oftwo different studies that were published in 2007 and 2012. In the end, there is a suggestion for another possible procedure to compare the results in order to achieve the most accurate comparison of the number of detected thrombosis of dural venous sinuses from the total number of venographic examinations for MR between FNKV and another hospital facility.
