Darknet: fenomén anonymní kriminality

Abstract

V bakalářské práci jsem se věnoval problematice Darknetu a fungování černých tržišť, která se na něm nacházejí. V teoretické části jsem se zaměřil na základní pojmy spojené s touto problematikou, popis částí internetu a historii, fungování a princip Darknetu a černých tržišť. Dále jsem se zmínil o anonymizačních programech a online anonymitě uživatele na internetu. V poslední řadě jsem popsal kryptoměny a více přiblížil nejznámější měnu Bitcoin. V praktické části bakalářské práce jsem na základě získaných informací vytvořil dotazník, následně jsem sesbíraná data vyhodnotil a sepsal do celkového shrnutí. Dále jsem uvedl kazuistiku z nákupu na černém trhu a porovnal jí s fungováním reálného trhu. V závěru práce jsou uvedena opatření a doporučení k zvýšení povědomí o problematice Darknetu. Cílem práce je popis fungování černých online tržišť a nástrojů, které jsou k jejich používání zapotřebí.

My Bachelor's Thesis focuses on the topic of Darknet and its functionality in terms of illegal activities, mainly concentrating on black market. The Thesis is divided into two main parts. The theoretical part deals with basic terminology, brief description of the Internet and its history. I have tried to familiarise the readers with the concept and purpose of Darknet and black markets. The issue of user's anonymity and anonymity networks are mentioned as well. Nowadays, the popularity of cryptocurrency is increasing, that is why I mentioned Bitcoin in the end. The empirical part contains a questionnaire which I created thanks to the information I have collected. After that, I have evaluated collected data and wrote down an overall resumé. Afterwards, I have used a casuistry process of reasoning which I applied on a purchase from black market and I compared it with a purchase from a normal functioning market. In case of raising the awareness of the Darknet, recommendations and precautions are added at the end of my thesis. The main objective of my bachelor's thesis is to describe how do the black illegal markets and theirs software utilities work together.
