Fyzioterapie u pacientky po luxaci ramenního kloubu s následným rozvojem Komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu

Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je téma fyzioterapie u pacientky po luxaci ramenního kloubu s následným rozvojem Komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu. Cílem bakalářské práce je zpracování teoretických poznatků nejen o luxaci ramenního kloubu, ale zároveň i o Komplexním regionálním bolestivém syndromu, na jejichž podkladě bude zpracována kazuistika pacientky s touto diagnózou. Na základě kineziologického rozboru bude pak u pacientky sestaven rehabilitační plán, jehož efekt bude po skončení terapií zhodnocen. Teoretická část práce obsahuje shrnutí teoretických poznatků o luxaci ramenního kloubu a Komplexním regionálním bolestivém syndromu. Popisuji zde anatomii a kineziologii ramenního kloubu, věnuji se instabilitě ramenního kloubu, konkrétněji pak glenohumerální luxaci. V další části je zpracován Komplexní regionální bolestivý syndrom. Metodická část se zaměřuje na konkrétní vyšetřovací a terapeutické postupy, které jsem využila při terapii s pacientkou včetně popisu sběru dat. Speciální část je zpracována formou kazuistiky. Je zde uveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, vytvořen rehabilitační plán a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. V kapitole Výsledky je zhodnocen efekt terapie na podkladě vstupního a výstupního kineziologického rozboru. V Diskuzi je pojednáno o problematice Komplexního regionálního bolestivého syndromu.

The subject of the bachelor thesis is the topic of physiotherapy in a patient after dislocation of the shoulder joint with the subsequent development of the Complex regional pain syndrome. The aim of the bachelor thesis is to summarize theoretical knowledge not only about the dislocation of the shoulder joint, but also about the Complex regional pain syndrome, based on which the case report of a patient with this diagnosis will be processed. Based on the kinesiological analysis, a rehabilitation plan for the patient will then be drawn up, the effect of which will be evaluated after the end of therapy. The theoretical part of the thesis contains a summary of theoretical knowledge about the dislocation of the shoulder joint and about the Complex regional pain syndrome. I describe the anatomy and kinesiology of the shoulder joint, I deal with the instability of the shoulder joint, more specifically with the glenohumeral dislocation. The following part is dedicated to Complex regional pain syndrome. The methodical part is focused on specific examination and therapeutic procedures that I used in therapy of the patient, including a description of data collection. The special part is in the form of a case study. There is an initial kinesiological analysis, rehabilitation plan creation and a description of individual therapeutic units. In the chapter Results, the effect of therapy is evaluated on the basis of the input and output kinesiological analysis. The Discussion is dedicated to the issue of Complex regional pain syndrome.
