Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou distanční terapie u dětí s vadným držením těla ve věku 6-12 let. Cílem práce je ověřit efektivitu telerehabilitace. K samotné terapii se využívá systém Homebalance, který se používá u pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy. Práce je zpracována formou klinické prospektivní studie. Práce je rozdělena do devíti částí: úvod, cíle práce, výzkumné hypotézy, přehled současného stavu, metodika, speciální část, výsledky, diskuze a závěr. V přehledu současného stavu jsou vysvětleny pojmy telemedicína, telerehabilitace, virtuální realita a systém Homebalance. Metodická část se zabývá popisem vyšetřovacích metod a fyzioterapeutickými postupy použitými v terapii. Speciální část obsahuje popis vstupního a výstupního vyšetření a průběhu terapie u pacientů. Ve výsledcích jsou zpracována a vyhodnocena data ze vstupních a výstupních vyšetření a výsledky výzkumných hypotéz. Pro lepší přehlednost jsou data prezentována formou tabulek a slovního popisu. Diskuze zahrnuje zhodnocení efektu telerehabilitace a diskuzi výsledků z výzkumných hypotéz. Vše je porovnáno s výsledky zahraničních autorů. This Bachelor thesis deals with the issue of distance therapy of children with poor body posture between the ages 6-12. Aims of this thesis is to verify the effectiveness of telerehabilitation. The Homebalance system is used for therapy, which usually uses patients with balance disorders. The thesis is carried out in the form of a clinical prospective study. The thesis is divided into nine parts: introduction, aims of the thesis, research hypotheses, an overview of the current situation, methodology, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. In the overview of the current situation are described telemedicine, telerehabilitation, virtual reality and the Homebalance system are described. The methodical part describes examination methods and physiotherapeutic processes which are used in the therapy. The special part contains a description of the initial and final examination and the course of the patient therapies. In the results part are processed and evaluated the data obtained from the initial and final examinations and results of the research hypothesis. For better clarity, the results are represented in the form of tables and verbal description. The discussion includes evaluation the effect of telerehabilitation and discussion results of the research hypothesis. All results is compared with the foreign authors.
