Vliv kinestetiky ve fyzioterapeutických konceptech při terapii pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem

Abstract

Název práce: Vliv kinestetiky ve fyzioterapeutických konceptech při terapii pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá využitím kinestetických metod ve fyzioterapii, především při terapii vertebrogenního algického syndromu. Práce je členěna do tří hlavních kapitol - současný stav, metodika a speciální část. V kapitole současný stav je popsán pojem pohyb a jeho význam pro člověka, pojem kinestetika a shrnutí vybraných kinestetických konceptů. Následuje popis anatomie a biomechaniky páteře a nastínění problematiky VAS. Metodická část obsahuje vyšetřovací a terapeutické metody, které jsem u probandů využila. Dále charakteristiku vybraných skupin a cvičební jednotku, která byla při terapii užita. Speciální část zahrnuje vstupní kineziologické vyšetření, na jehož základě byla stanovena cvičební jednotka. Následuje výstupní kineziologické vyšetření probandů. V poslední části jsou vybrány a popsány dvě terapeutické metody, které aplikuji na probandy. V kapitole Výsledky je na základě porovnání vstupních a výstupních vyšetření vyhodnocena efektivita zvolených metod. Práce přináší pozitivní výsledky, vybrané kinestetické koncepty se ukázaly jako efektivní terapeutická jednotka v rámci rehabilitace VAS.

Title of the thesis: The Impact of Kinaesthetic on Physiotherapeutic Concepts in Therapy of Patients with Vertebrogenic algic syndrome This bachelor thesis deals with the use of kinesthetic methods in physiotherapy, mainly in the therapy of Vertebrogenic algic syndrome. The thesis is divided into three main chapters - current status, methodology and special part. The current state describes movement and its significance to a human, definition of the term Kinaesthetic and summary of chosen concepts. This is followed by information about anatomy and biomechanics of the spine and the outline of VAS. The methodical part introduces the examinantion and therapeutic methods, which I used for probands. Furthermore, the characteristics of the followed-up groups and brief information about the exercise unit, that was used in the therapy. The special part contains the initial kinesiological analysis, on the basis of which the exercise unit was determined. Final kinesiological examination of probands follows. In the last part, two therapeutic methods that I aply to probands are selected and described. In the chapter Results is evaluated the effectiveness of the selected methods, on the basis of a comparision of the entrance and final kinesiological analysis. The thesis gives positive results, selected kinesthetic methods have proven to be an effective therapeutic unit in the rehabilitation of VAS.
