Distanční kinezioterapie u geriatrických pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy z důvodů polyneuropatie

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá distanční kinezioterapií u geriatrický pacientů s poruchou rovnováhy, kteří mají diagnostikovanou polyneuropatii dolních končetin. Cílem práce bylo srovnání účinnosti dvou vybraných metod. Práce je zpracována jako klinická prospektivní studie. Práce je rozdělena do devíti částí: úvod, cíle práce, výzkumné hypotézy, přehled současného stavu, metodika, speciální část, výsledky, diskuze a závěr. Přehled současného stavu se skládá ze dvou částí. V první části je klinický obraz onemocnění polyneuropatie, možnosti rehabilitace a léčby. Druhá část je zaměřena na distanční terapii. V části metodika jsou popsány skupiny pacientů, vyšetřovací metody a fyzioterapeutické postupy, které jsme použili při terapii. Ve speciální části se zabýváme popisem a průběhem terapií u obou skupin pacientů. V kapitole výsledky, jsou zpracované a vyhodnoceny data získané při vstupních a výstupních terapií. Výsledky jsou zpracovány do tabulek s popisky. V této části uvádíme i výsledky výzkumných hypotéz. V části diskuze pojednáváme o problematice zdraví u geriatrických pacientů a zapojení do terapie distanční přístup. Hodnotíme správnost zvolených terapeutický postupů, dosažených výsledků a výsledků výzkumných hypotéz. V závěru je slovně shrnuto a zhodnoceno dosažení cíle a přínos terapie.

This bachelor thesis concerns distance kinesiotherapy of geriatric patients with a balance disorder, who are diagnosed with polyneuropathy of lower limbs. The aim of this paper is to compare the effectivity of two chosen methods. This paper is conceived as a prospective clinical study. The thesis is divided into a number of parts: introduction, aims, research hypotheses, overview of the current situation, methods, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. The overview of the current situation consists of two parts. The first part presents a clinical picture of the polyneuropathy disease, rehabilitation options and treatment. The second part focuses on distance therapy. In the section on methods, we describe groups of patients, investigation methods and physiotherapeutic procedures, which we used during the therapy. In the special part, we deal with description and process of therapy of both groups of patients. The chapter on results presents the evaluated data collected during the initial and final therapies. The results are put into tables with descriptions. In this part, we also present the results of research hypotheses. In the section on discussion, we consider the health question of geriatric patients and the inclusion of the distance approach to therapy. We evaluate the appropriateness of the applied therapeutic procedures, the achieved results and the results of research methods. The conclusion offers a summary and an evaluation of the achieved aim and the contribution of therapy.
