Teoretická část popisuje patofyziologii vybraných typů kraniocerebrálních poranění, a zároveň shrnuje problematiku roboticky asistované rehabilitace včetně popisu konkrétních, v práci užitých přístrojů. Dosažené výsledky jsou s nimi porovnávány a rozdíly diskutovány v závěru práce. Diskuse se též zabývá důležitostí včasnosti péče v rámci neurorehabilitace a motivací pacienta.cze
The main topic of the bachelor thesis is the use of robotic systems in the treatment of patient with spastic tetraparesis. The theoretical part describes pathophysiology of selected types of traumatic brain injuries, and also summarizes the issue of robotically assisted rehabilitation, including a description of specific devices used in the thesis. The content of the special part is a casuistry of a patient who underwent therapy on the devices Gloreha, ReoAmbulator and Leg Tutor. Part of the evaluation of the robot-assisted therapy, was to examine its effect on patient´s gait, stability, degree of spasticity and self-sufficiency. In addition to the kinesiological examination, the effectiveness of therapy was evaluated with the usage of standardized tests. Namely The six minute walk test, Berg balance scale and Functional independence measure. Based on the input and output values of the kinesiological examination and the standardizes tests, the robot-assisted therapy came out as an effective tool in therapy of the patient after traumatic brain injury. The therapy manifested itself effectively especially in the aspects of patient's gait, stability, degree of spasticity and range of motion. Due to these factors, the self-sufficiency was increased as well.eng
