Fyzioterapie u pacienta s resekcí spinální durální arterio-venózní malformace v úrovni Th5-Th11/Th12

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem Fyzioterapie u pacienta s resekcí spinální durální arterio-venózní malformace v úrovni Th5-Th11/Th12. Předmětem práce je zpracovat ucelený přehled základních odborných informací o této diagnóze a na základě kineziologického rozboru sestavit a následně uskutečnit rehabilitační plán, jehož efekt je poté hodnocen. Práce je dělena do 6 částí - současný stav, metodická část, speciální část, výsledky, diskuse a závěr. V kapitole Současný stav jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky o dané diagnóze, její klasifikaci, epidemiologii, manifestaci, diagnostice, možnostech léčby a zejména o jejím následném klinickém obrazu. Obsahem je zde navíc i přidružené onemocnění radiální epikondylitidy, která se vyskytla v průběhu mé terapeutické intervence. Metodická část zahrnuje popis vyšetřovacích a terapeutických postupů společně s popisem sběru dat pro následnou speciální část. Speciální část zpracovává kazuistiku pacienta. Je zde uveden vstupní kineziologický rozbor, vytvořený rehabilitační plán a popis jednotlivých terapeutických jednotek. V kapitole Výsledky je následně popsáno výstupní vyšetření s celkovým zhodnocením terapie, kde je poukázáno zejména na subjektivní pozitivní přínos proběhlé rehabilitace v každodenním životě pacienta. Kapitola Diskuze pojednává o problematice dané diagnózy na podkladě odborných studií.

The Bachelor thesis relies on the topic of physiotherapy in a patient with resection of spinal dural arterio-venous malformation at the level of Th5-Th11 / Th12. The subject of the bachelor thesis is to process a complete summary of basic professional information about this diagnosis and based on kinesiological analysis build and make a rehabilitation plan, whose efect is rated afterwards. The bachelor thesis is divided into 6 parts - current state, methodical part, special part, results, discussion and conclusion. In the chapter "current state" is concluded theoretical knowledge about the diagnosis, its classification, epidemiology, manifestation, diagnostics, treatment options and especially about its further clinical picture. This part also contains associated disease of radial epicondylitis that occurred during my therapeutic intervention. The methodical part contains a description of examination and therapeutic procedures together with a description of the data collection for the subsequent special part. The special part deals with the patient's case report. There's stated an initial kinesiological analysis, a rehabilitation plan and a description of individual therapeutic unit. In the chapter "results" is described the final examination with an overall evaluation of the therapy, where is pointed out mainly on the subjective positive contribution of the rehabilitation in the daily life of the patient. The chapter "discussion" deals with the problematic of the diagnosis based on professional studies.
