Využití vybraných terapeutických metod v terapii epicondylitis lateralis humeri

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá porovnáním účinnosti vybraných terapeutických metod v léčbě onemocnění epicondylitis lateralis humeri. V teoretické části práce se zabýváme současným stavem dané problematiky, anatomií, zmíněny jsou také svalové řetězce, dále se zabýváme kineziologií a biomechanikou loketního kloubu. Nedílnou součástí teoretické části práce je popis samotného onemocnění včetně jeho etiopatogeneze, klinického obrazu, diferenciální diagnostiky a nakonec jsou také zmíněny možnosti prevence tohoto onemocnění. V metodické části se soustředíme na samotné vyšetřovací postupy a možnosti konzervativní i operační léčby. Speciální část práce obsahuje vstupní vyšetření, průběh terapie a výstupní vyšetření celkem deseti pacientů rozdělených do dvou skupin, u kterých využíváme zmíněné diagnostické a terapeutické metody. První skupině pacientů je aplikován neinvazivní laser a druhá skupina podstoupí jako metodu léčby individuální kinezioterapii. Na základě získaných dat jsou v kapitole Výsledky pomocí tabulek a grafů zhodnoceny obě metody léčby včetně výhod a nevýhod. Účinnosti obou metod jsou následně vzájemně porovnány. Výsledky prokázaly účinnost obou metod, co se týče analgetického účinku, ale z dlouhodobého hlediska se jako účinnější metoda projevila individuální kinezioterapie. V závěru hodnotíme splnění vytyčených cílů.

This bachelor thesis deals with the comparison of the effectiveness of selected therapeutic methods in the treatment of epicondylitis lateralis humeri. In the theoretical part we deal with the current state of the issue, anatomy, muscle chains are also mentioned, we also deal with kinesiology and biomechanics of the elbow joint. An integral part of the theoretical part is a description of the disease, including its etiopathogenesis, clinical picture, differential diagnosis and finally the possibilities of prevention of this disease are also mentioned. In the methodological part, we focus on the examination procedures and the possibilities of conservative and surgical treatment. The special part of the work contains the initial examination, the course of therapy and the final examination in a total of ten patients divided into two groups, in which we use the mentioned diagnostic and therapeutic methods. For the first group of patients a non-invasive laser is applied and the second group will undergo individual kinesiotherapy as a method of treatment. Based on the obtained data both methods of treatment, including advantages and disadvantages, are evaluated in the chapter Results using tables and graphs. The efficiencies of both methods are mutually compared then. The results showed the effectiveness of both methods in terms of analgesic effect, but from the long point of view, individual kinesiotherapy proved to be a more effective method. In the end, we evaluate the fulfillment of the set goals.
