Změny v oblasti plosky nohy u pacientů s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá zhodnocením souvislosti mezi funkčními a strukturálními změnami v oblasti nohy s vertebrogenním algickým syndromem dolní části zad, míry zatížení chodidel v závislosti na bolesti. Pro hodnocení této možné souvislosti byly stanoveny parametry, které byly odebrány u skupiny 26probandů ve věku 28-78 let. V teoretické části této práce jsou shrnuty teoretické poznatky. Jsou zde vymezené pojmy týkající se této problematiky se zaměřením na souvislost bolestí bederní páteře se zatížením dolních končetin. Dále jsou popsána aplikovaná vyšetření a testy, které byly použity pro získání dat. Uveden je zde také popis stabilometrické plošiny FreeMed a jejího praktického využití. V praktické části jsou popsány aplikované postupy vyšetření a měření stanovených parametrů. Dále je popsána nezbytná edukace a instrukce probandů pro vyhodnocení relevantních výsledků. V kapitole Výsledky jsou data vyhodnocena pomocí vytvořených grafů ze získaných dat při praktické části. Data jsou zpracována do grafů s barevným odlišením pro jejich přehlednost. V kapitole Diskuze jsem zhodnotila získaná data, použila studie, které se dané problematiky týkají. Na základě zjištěných skutečností jsou v této části formulovány závěry ze statistiky vyhodnocených dat.

This bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of the connection between functional and structural changes in the foot area with the vertebrogenic algic syndrome of the lower back, the degree of foot loading depending on the pain. To assess this possible correlation, the parameters were determined and made by a group of 26 probands aged 28-78 years. The theoretical part of this work summarizes theoretical findings. There are existing defined terms which are related to the issue with a focus on the connection between lumbar spine pain and lower limb loading. There are also reported the applied examinations and tests that were used to obtain data. There is a description of the FreeMed stabilometric platform and its practical use. The practical part describes the applied procedures of examination and measurement of earlier specified parameters. Furthermore, there is described the necessary education and instructions given to the probands, for strengthening the accuracy of the relevant results. In the chapter Výsledky, the data are evaluated using graphs created from the date previously obtained in the practical part. The data are processed into graphs with color differentiation, which helps with overall clarity. In the Diskuze chapter, I have evaluated the obtained data, while using studies which relate to the specific issue. Based on the found facts, the conclusions from the statistics of evaluated data are formulated in this part.
