Zavedení investičního controllingu v Nemocnici Na Františku

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na problematiku investičního controllingu ve zdravotnictví. Cílem práce je zavedení investičního controllingu v Nemocnici Na Františku (NNF). Dílčím cílem je analýza současného stavu řízení investic a rozhodování o investicích v Nemocnici Na Františku, navržení vhodných metod a nástrojů k řízení investic. Současný stav investičního procesu v NNF byl analyzován pomocí mapování hodnotového řetězce (VSM), matic IFE a EFE, analýzy rizik (FMEA) a ukazatele rentability aktiv (ROA). Pro zhodnocení investičního záměru nákupu přístroje výpočetní tomografie (CT) v NNF byly využity dynamické metody hodnocení investic, ukazatel rentability investic (ROI), analýza citlivosti, metoda celkových nákladů na vlastnictví (TCO) a multikriteriální rozhodování, které vycházejí ze současného stavu investičního controllingu ve zdravotnictví v zahraničí i České republice. Na základě zjištěných předností a nedostatků současného investičního procesu v NNF byla určena náplň činnosti nové pozice controllera a jeho začlenění do organizační struktury. Na podkladě praktické aplikace metod a nástrojů pro hodnocení investičního záměru byly doporučeny vhodné metody pro vykonávání činnosti controllera v NNF. V závěru práce je věnována pozornost limitacím jednotlivých metod.

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of investment controlling in healthcare. The main objective of the thesis is implementation of the investment controlling in the hospital Na Františku (NNF). The sub-objective is to analyse the current state of investment management and investment decisions in NNF and to suggest suitable methods and tools for investment management. Value Stream Mapping (VSM), IFE and EFE matrices, Failure Modes and Effects Analysis (FMEA) and Return on Assets (ROA) were used for the analysis of the current state of investment process in NNF. Dynamic Evaluation Methods, Return on Investments (ROI), Sensibility Analysis, Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Multiple-Criteria Decision Analysis (MCDA) were used for the evaluation of investment purchase of a new Computed Tomography (CT). Methods are based on a current state of investment controlling in healthcare abroad and in Czech Republic. A new working position for a controller with its defined place in organization structure and with its job description was created based on advantages and disadvantages of current investment process in NNF. Based on the practical application of methods and tools for the evaluation of the investment plan were recommended suitable methods for performing the controlling activity in NNF. At the end of the thesis are mentioned the limitations of the methods.
