Praktický lékař a jeho role v systému zdravotní péče

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je zhodnocení činnosti dvou vybraných ordinací praktických lékařů jak z hlediska ekonomického, tak z hlediska personálního a technického vybavení. V rámci úvodu do problematiky je zpracována analýza současného postavení praktických lékařů v ČR a dalších evropských zemí (Německo, Rakousko, Francie, Nizozemsko). K posouzení finanční situace obou ordinací jsou využity metody finanční analýzy, jejíž výstupy jsou dále podrobeny externímu benchmarkingu. Pomocí SWOT analýzy jsou následně navržena vhodná opatření vedoucí k upevnění pozice praktických lékařů v rámci primárního sektoru zdravotnictví. Zásadním přínosem práce jsou nové poznatky ohledně výše ukazatelů finanční analýzy tohoto oboru činnosti. Navzdory analogickému charakteru obou zkoumaných ordinací se jednotlivé vybrané ukazatele provedené finanční analýzy výrazně odlišují. Průměrná ziskovost ordinace A dosahuje před zdaněním a úroky částky 210 tis. Kč, v případě ordinace B 510 tis. Kč. Výsledky Altmanovy analýzy dále potvrdily, že postavení ordinací je v rámci primární péče stabilní a jejich zánik není předpokládán.

The aim of the diploma thesis is to evaluate the role of two selected general practitioners in the healthcare system, both in terms of economic stability and in terms of personnel and technical equipment. The introduction part comprises an analysis of the current position of general practitioners in the Czech Republic and other European countries (Germany, Austria, France, the Netherlands). Methods of financial analysis are employed to assess the financial situation of both surgeries, the outputs of which are further subjected to external benchmarking. By the means of SWOT analysis, suitable measures are subsequently proposed to strengthen the position of general practitioners within the primary health-care sector. The main contribution of the diploma thesis is the new knowledge about the level of financial analysis indicators in this specific sector. Despite the analogous nature of both examined surgeries, the individual selected indicators of the performed financial analysis differ significantly. The average profitability of surgery A amounts to 210 thousand CZK, in the case of surgery B 510 thousand CZK. The results of Altman's analysis further confirmed that the position of the analyzed surgeries in primary care is stable and their existence is not assumed to cease.
