Klinické a ekonomické porovnání rentgenové terapie s terapií rázovými vlnami

Abstract

Diplomová práca sa venuje klinickému a ekonomickému porovnávaniu nízkodávkovej rentgenovej terapie s terapiou rázovými vlnami pri liečbe ostrohy pätovej kosti. V teoretickej časti práce je spracovaný odporúčaný postup pri liečbe pätových ostrôh, na najvyššom stupni ktorého sú práve skúmané liečebné metódy. Praktická časť porovnáva klinický efekt obidvoch variantov a vplyv rizikových faktorov na úspešnosť terapie. Pomocou vybraných zdravotníckych zariadení bola vypracovaná analýza nákladovej efektivity skúmaných terapeutických metód a analýza senzitivity výsledkov. Diplomová práca obsahuje odporúčanie na liečbu ostrohy pätovej kosti na základe výsledkov analýzy nákladovej efektivity a citlivostnej analýzy.

The thesis deals with a clinical and economic comparison of low-dose X-ray therapy with shock wave therapy in the treatment of heel spurs. In the theoretical part of the work, a recommended procedure for the treatment of heel spurs is elaborated, where both of the investigated treatment methods are at the same level. The practical part compares the clinical effect of both variants and the influence of risk factors on the success of therapy. An analysis of the cost-effectiveness of the investigated therapeutic methods and a sensitivity analysis of the final results were prepared with the help of selected medical facilities. The thesis contains a recommendation for the treatment of heel bone spur based on the results of cost-effectiveness analysis and sensitivity analysis.
