Optimalizace jízd Senior taxi

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá vyhledáváním nejvhodnějších tras služby Senior taxi, která je určená pro přepravu seniorů a zdravotně znevýhodněných osob. Nejdříve je vysvětlena problematika strachu seniorů z řízení, služeb Senior taxi a úlohy Vehicle Routing Problem (VRP) a Dial-A-Ride (DARP). Na získaná data od Magistrátu města Pardubice je použita jedna z variant rozvozní úlohy VRP. Na základě této metody je zjištěno, kolik je potřeba okruhů pro obsloužení všech zákazníků a v jakém pořadí budou zákazníci obslouženi. Na závěr jsou výsledné hodnoty vyhodnoceny a jsou navržena zlepšení celého procesu přepravy seniorů a zdravotně znevýhodněných osob.

The thesis is focused on a finding the most suitable routes of Senior taxi service which is intended for transportation of seniors and handicapped people. Firstly, problems of elderly people’s avoidance of driving, Senior taxi service and Vehicle Routing Problem (VRPT) and Dial-A-Ride Problem (DARP) are explained. One of the versions of distribution Vehicle Routing Problem is used on acquired data from Municipality in Pardubice. Based on this method it is found out how many routes are needed for servicing all customers and in what sequence customers will be serviced. In conclusion, results are evaluated and improvements of the whole process of transportation of seniors and handicapped people are suggested.
