Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá čištěním a údržbou povrchů v energetice. Práce je rozdělena na část teoretickou a praktickou. V teoretické části je popsána problematika zanášení vnitřních povrchů energetických zařízení, mechanismy vzniku usazenin a problémy, ke kterým dochází zanášením. Dále jsou popsány metody čištění vnitřních povrchů s důrazem na chemické čištění a prevenci. Praktická část se zabývá návrhem metody chemického čištění a aplikací navržené metody na trubkovém svazkovém výměníku s následným vyhodnocením výsledného stavu vnitřního povrchu vybraného zařízení.

The diploma thesis deals with the cleaning and maintenance of surfaces in energy industry. The thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. The theoretical part describes the problem of fouling of the inner surfaces of energy equipment, the mechanisms of scales formation and problems that are affected by fouling. Methods of cleaning inner surfaces are also described with importance on chemical cleaning and prevention. The practical part deals with the design of method of chemical cleaning and application of the designed method on a tube exchanger with subsequent evaluation of the resulting state of the inner surface of the selected equipment.
