This bachelor thesis deals with the welding of nickel alloys by the TIG method, specifically, shielding gasses. The theoretical part generally describes the issue of welding nickel alloys, their distribution and their properties. It also describes electric arc welding methods and special welding methods, where it summarizes their advantages and disadvantages. The experiment in the first part deals with the selection of suitable parameters for the creation of the weld. The second part deals with wall welding, using three protective atmospheres (argon 4.6, argon + 30% helium, argon + 5% hydrogen. The conclusion is to compare the influence of protective atmospheres on the weld geometry, the structures of the three welded walls and to subject it to tests to determine the weld defects.
