Automatický sklad deskového materiálu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se věnuje počáteční studii automatických skladů deskového materiálu. Součástí práce je rešerše současných řešení automatických skladů. V práci je rozebrána kinematická struktura kartézského manipulátoru a poté detailněji zdvihací mechanismus manipulátoru. Je navržen skladovací systém, který řídí procesy ve skladu. Navržený systém umožňuje chaotické skladování a pro jeho efektivní fungování je navržený optimalizační program. Dále je navržen princip řízení metodou input shaping pro eliminaci vibrací při pohybu.

This master thesis deals with the initial study of automatic warehouse of board material. A comprehensive search of current solutions for automatic warehouses is made. The work deals with the kinematic structure of the cartesian manipulator and focus in more detail on the lifting mechanism of the manipulator. A warehouse system is designed that manages the processes in the warehouse. The proposed system enables chaotic storing and an optimization program is designed for its efficient operation. Furthermore, the principle of input shaping control is proposed to eliminate vibrations during movement.
