Návrh nového vytloukacího roštu do slévárny

Abstract

Cílem této práce je navrhnout nový vibrační vytloukací rošt pod vedením firmy Techkon s r.o. určený pro společnost Slévárna Kuřim a.s. Návrh má být proveden na základě zkušeností s provozem stávajícího zařízení a musí splňovat současné požadavky na výrobu. V první části práce je uvedena rešerše vibrační techniky, poté rozbor stávající konstrukce. V další části je samotný návrh jednotlivých dílčích prvků roštu, u kterých jsou uvedeny potřebné návrhové a kontrolní výpočty, u vybrané součásti je provedena analýza MKP. V poslední částí práce jsou uvedeny výpočty týkající se celého soustrojí.

Purpose of this thesis is to design a new vibration hammering grate under lead of company Techkon s r.o. for company Slévárna Kuřim a.s. The design must be created based on experiences with operating existing machine and it has to meet current requirements of production. There is search about vibration technique in the first part, then analysis of current construction. In the next part is the design of partial components of grate for which design and control calculations are given. For selected component there is a FEM analysis. In the last part there are calculations for the whole machine.
