Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá experimentálním určením osové síly šroubu pomocí odporových tenzometrických snímačů. V první části práce je provedena rešerše tenzometrických snímačů, čtenář je seznámen s principy tenzometrů, jejich druhy a dále pak s dostupnými řešeními měření osové síly šroubu od firem HBM a KYOWA. Ve druhé části práce je potom experimentálně změřena deformace ve šroubech namáhaných osovou silou a dané výsledky měření jsou mezi sebou porovnány.

This bachelor thesis deals with experimental measuring of axial force of screws by strain gauges. In the first part of thesis research is made about strain gauges, reader is acquainted with principles of strain gauges, their types and then with available solutions of measuring axial force of screws from companies HBM and KYOWA. In the second part of thesis, the deformation in screws loaded by axial force is experimentally measured and the measurement results are compared with each other.
