Analýza kalkulací v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Hlavním zaměřením této diplomové práce je vytvoření tří kalkulačních modelů pro reálný strojírenský podnik. Konkrétně se jedná o variabilní kalkulaci, hodinovou nákladovou sazbu a analýzu bodu zvratu. Práce je dělena na tři hlavní části. První část se zabývá teoretickou stránkou používaných pojmů v diplomové práci. Jedná se především o náklady, kalkulace a analýzu bodu zvratu. V druhé části je analyzován business plán podniku, jehož data jsou následně využívána pro výpočet kalkulačních modelů. Ve třetí části jsou navrženy a vypočteny tyto tři modely.

The main topic of this thesis is to create three costing models for a real industrial enterprise. Specifically, these are variable costing method, hour cost rate and break-even point analysis. The thesis is divided into three main parts. The first part deals with the theoretical aspect of the concepts used in this thesis. These are mainly costs, costing methods and break-even point analysis. In the second part, the business plan of the company, whose data is then used to calculate the costing models is analyzed. In the third part, the three models are created and calculated.
