Vzorky z připraveného kompozitního materiálu byly podrobeny zkoušce tahem a zkoušce rázem v ohybu. This bachelor thesis deals with the topic of 3D printing of composite materials. The theoretical part is focused on general information about composite materials, mechanical and physical properties of selected fibers are compared. Furthermore, the 3D printing methods are described and the problems of 3D printing of composite materials are explained. The practical part of the bachelor thesis is focused on the preparation of a composite blend, whose matrix consisted of different forms of linear low-density polyethylene, and recycled carbon fibers were used as reinforcement. This composite blend was processed by furnace melting, extrusion, and 3D printing technologies. The work also deals with the analysis of the mechanical properties of this composite material. Samples of the prepared composite material were subjected to tensile and flexural impact tests.
