Matematická analýza dat z precipitace sigma fáze v progresivní oceli SUPER 304H

Abstract

Předmětem této práce je analýza dat precipitace sigma fáze v oceli SUPER 304H a ověření na základě porovnání s pořízenými snímky, zdali je analýza vhodná k popisu precipitace sigma fáze anebo není. Data použitá pro analýzu byla pořízena programem NIS-Elements AR a porovnána se snímky pořízenými světelným mikroskopem na barevně leptaných vzorcích.

The subject of this thesis is an analysis of data from sigma phase precipitation in SUPER 304H steel and a verification based on a comparison of the taken images, determining whether the analysis is suitable for the description of the sigma phase precipitation. The data used for the analysis were taken by a program called NIS-Elements AR and compared with images taken by light microscope using colour etched samples.
