Polymerní kompozity s vláknovou a tkaninovou výztuží

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá přípravou kompozitů s termoplastickou matricí. V praktické části jsou pak vyrobeny a porovnány vzorky s uhlíkovými vlákny, kevlarovou a čedičovou tkaninou. Vzorky jsou podrobeny tahové zkoušce, zkoušce rázem v ohybu a tříbodovému ohybu. Byla měřena jejich hustota. A struktura byla zkoumána pomocí světelného mikroskopu.

This thesis focuses on the preparation of composites with a thermoplastic matrix. The practical part discusses the creation of samples with carbon fibers, and kevlar and basalt fabric, and comparison of the samples. The samples are then examined through a tensile test, impact flexural test and three-point flexural test. Further the density of the samples is measured. The structure is examined via a light microscope.
