Náklady na BOZP ve vybraném průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Bezpečnost a ochrana zdraví při práci (dále též BOZP) je zaměřená na postupy a procesy, které zlepšují pracoviště, chrání, zachovávají a podporují zdraví, bezpečnost a pohodu pracovníků na jejich pracovištích. BOZP je ústředním bodem součtu zlepšení pracovních podmínek pro zaměstnance a všechny fyzické osoby nebo skupiny jednotlivců spojené s prací a pracovním prostředím. BOZP tedy představuje důležitou strategii nejen pro zajištění bezpečnosti a blahobyt pracovníků, ale také pozitivně přispívá k produktivitě, image společnosti a sociální zlepšení. Jednoduše platí, že zdraví pracovníci jsou lépe motivovaní a projevují větší spokojenost s prací a lépe přispívají k produktivitě firmy. BOZP proto zvyšuje celkovou kvalitu života pracovníků, jejich rodin, firem a podceňování jeho přístupů může být pro obě dvě strany fatální. Tato práce popisuje a analyzuje BOZP ve firmě Siemens, s.r.o., Elektromotory, odštěpný závod Mohelnice. Speciálně si všímá nákladů na tuto oblast a dává vedení podniku i určitá doporučení pro následující zlepšování podniku.

Occupational health and safety (hereinafter referred to as OSH) focuses on procedures and processes that improve the workplace, protect, maintain and promote the health, safety and well-being of workers in their workplaces. Health and safety is the central point of the sum of the improvement of working conditions for employees and all natural persons or groups of individuals associated with work and the working environment. Health and safety is therefore an important strategy not only for ensuring the safety and well-being of workers, but also positively contributes to productivity, the company's image and social improvement. It is simply true that healthy workers are better motivated and show greater job satisfaction and contribute better to the company's productivity. Health and safety therefore increases the overall quality of life of workers, their families, companies and underestimating its approaches can be fatal for both parties. This work describes and analyzes occupational health and safety in the company Siemens, s.r.o., Elektromotory, branch plant Mohelnice. He specifically notes the costs of this area and gives the management of the enterprise even certain recommendations for subsequent business improvement.
