Nakládání s odpady při realizaci staveb

Abstract

Každý investor, který se rozhodne pro realizaci jakéhokoliv druhu stavby, se setká s otázkou týkající se odpadu. Ať už půjde o odpad z demolice, nebo o odpady vyprodukované při novostavbě či při změně dokončené stavby, je při jejich likvidaci velmi důležitou stránkou ochrana životního prostředí. A to je také hlavním tématem této diplomové práce. Autor v první části práce představuje nově vydanou legislativu týkající se nakládání s odpady. V druhé části uvádí výčet nejběžnějších odpadů vznikajících při stavební činnosti, poukazuje na možnosti nakládání s ním a hodnotí je dle ekologických a ekonomických kritérií. V poslední části práce ověřuje možnosti využití a nakládání s odpadem na konkrétních stavbách a nabízí další alternativy nakládání s těmito odpady.

Any investor deciding realization of any construction type will face a question regarding waste. Wheter it is waste from demolition, waste produced during new construction or when altering a completed building, environmental protection is a very important question in its disposal. And that is also the main topic of this diploma thesis. In the first part of their thesis, author presents the newly publicated legislation concerning waste management. In the second part, he lists the most common waste types created during construction activities, he points out the possibilities of its management and evaluates them according ecological and economical criteria. In the last part of the thesis he verifies the possbilities of utilization of waste and its management on specific constructions and offers other alternatives for the waste management.
