Elektronizace a automatizace tvorby plánu BOZP na staveništi

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá vytvořením programu pro elektronickou tvorbu plánu BOZP na staveništi na základě vybraných parametrů. Důvodem vzniku je fakt, že se stále objevují plány, které nereflektují současnou legislativu a nedrží se legislativních opor, že plán má být obrazem té konkrétní stavby, tedy nepřebírat z legislativy, jen obecné popisy procesů. Toto je mimo jiné cílem diplomové práce, tyto aspekty vyrušit. Vytvořený program by měl sloužit k automatizaci a urychlení tvorby plánů BOZP na staveništi a jako průvodce k naplnění legislativních požadavků, tedy by měl autora vést k cíli, který naplní legislativní požadavky. Autor popíše a vytvoří přehled současné legislativy týkající se BOZP na staveništi a vysvětlí problematiku koordinátora BOZP na staveništi. Za pomocí MS Excel autor zpracuje kompletní program pro tvorbu elektronického plánu BOZP včetně pokročilých funkcí a využije editoru Visual Basic k tvorbě formulářů. Vytvořený program je zpracovaný pro účely výkonu praxe koordinátora BOZP jak v přípravné, tak i realizační fázi, pro tzv. aktualizace plánu BOZP.

This diploma thesis deals with the creation of a program for the electronic creation of a health and safety plan on a construction site based on selected parameters. The reason for the creation is also the fact that there are still plans that do not reflect the current legislation requirements. The H&S plan should be a picture of the particular building, ie not take over only general descriptions of processes from the legislation. This is, among other things, the aim of the thesis, to disrupt these aspects. The created program should automate and accelerate the creation of health and safety plans on the construction site and should serve as a guide to meet the legislative requirements, ie lead author of he H&S plan to the goal that will meet the legislative requirements. The author describes and creates an overview of current legislation on health and safety at the construction site and explains the issues of health and safety coordinator on the construction site. With the help of MS Excel, the author prepares a complete program for creating an electronic health and safety plan, including advanced functions by usesing the Visual Basic editor to create forms. The created program is prepared for the purposes of performing the practice of a health and safety coordinator both in the preparatory and implementation phase and for the updating of the health and safety plan as well.
