Výstavba RD v zimním období, vliv na technologii a náklady

Abstract

Cílem této práce je porovnání možností výstavby rodinného domu přes zimní období vůči stavbě ve vhodných klimatických podmínkách. Byla provedena rešerše norem a zákonů na téma opatření pro výstavbu v zimě. Ta byla aplikována na výstavbu rodinného domu, kdy je porovnávána možnost výstavby přes zimní období vůči stavbě ve vhodných klimatických podmínkách. Autorka popisuje nutné technologické opatření pro takovou stavbu a srovnává nákladnost vůči stavbě ve vhodných klimatických podmínkách nebo při stavbě s přerušením.

The goal of this bachelor thesis is to consider the possibility of winter construction of a family house instead of building it in the appropriate conditions. As a part of this thesis, an extensive research into construction standards and laws has been done and then applied to a winter construction of chosen family house. All the necessary measures were explained and also priced so that comparison of total cost between standard, winter and construction with technological break over the winter could be estimated.
