Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce bylo navrhnout vícegenerační rodinný dům v historické části obce Jevany. S cílem navrhnout novostavbu, která splňuje požadavky na komfortní bydlení a zároveň je citlivě zasazena do kontextu vesnického prostředí. Hlavní myšlenkou bylo otevření domu směrem do veřejného prostoru návsi, aby byla umožněna komunikace s okolním prostředím a nevytvářela se tak bariéra. Zároveň bylo nutno poskytnout potřebnou míru soukromí a propojení obytných místností s exteriérem. Hmotové řešení vychází z okolní zástavby vesnických domů, pro které je typický podélný půdorys a šikmá střešní rovina.

The The subject of this bachelor project was to design a multigenerational family house in the historical part of the village Jevany. The aim was to suggest a new building, that meets the requirements for comfortable living and at the same time is sensitively placed into the context of a rural environment. The main idea was opening the the house into the public space of the square, so that communication with the surroundings would be possible and would not create a barrier. At the same time it was crucial to provide a required level of privacy and connecting living rooms with the exterior. The material solution comes from the surrounding buildings of village houses, for which longitudinal floor plan and sloping roof plane is typical.
