Abstract

Předmětem bakalářské práce je zpracování architektonické studie rodinného domu pro mladou rodinu se dvěma dětmi a jejich prarodiče. Součástí zadání bylo i vyhotovení vybraných částí z DPS. Investoři také počítají s dalším samostatným bytem pro budoucí nájemníky, který by pomohl s náklady na údržbu stavby. Pozemek pro výstavbu rodinného domu se nachází ve vilové oblasti Hanspaulka na Praze 6. Okolí řešeného pozemku nabízí výhled na téměř celou Prahu a velmi příjemné prostředí v blízkosti zeleně. Koncept domu je ovlivněn požadavky investora a přizpůsoben mírně svažitému terénu. Návrh je inspirován okolní zástavbou, která je architektonicky poměrně různorodá. Rodinný dům je navržen v moderním duchu a využívá energeticky efektivní technologie.

The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the processing of an architectural study of a family house for a young family with two children and their grandparents. Part of the assignment was also the preparation of selected parts of the document for construction. Investors are also counting on another separate apartment for future tenants, which would help with the cost of building maintenance. The land for the construction of the family house is located in the residential area of Hanspaulka in Prague 6. The surroundings of the plot offer a view of almost all of Prague and a very pleasant environment close to green space. The concept of the house is influenced by the requirements of the investor and adapted to the slightly sloping terrain. The design is inspired by the surrounding buildings, where there is relative architectural diversity. The family house is designed in a modern spirit and uses technology for energy efficiency.
