Automatická vyjímací stanice do kalící linky drátu

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce obsahuje návrh na úpravu stávajícího zařízení na tepelnou úpravu patentovaného pružinového drátu firmy Mubea. Úvod práce se zaměřuje na rešerši ve formě seznámení se zařízením a jeho částmi. Dále pokračuje návrhy jednotlivých částí pro stanici Cutteru a novým vyjímacím zařízením pro zajištění kladného CE protokolu a s ním možným bezpečným provozem linky.

This diploma thesis contains a proposal for the modification of the existing equipment for heat treatment of the patented spring wire of the company Mubea. Introduction focuses on research in the form of acquaintance with the machine and its parts. Furthermore, the design of individual parts for the Cutter station and a new extraction device to ensure a positive CE protocol and with it the possible safe operation of the line continues.
