Rodinný dům

Abstract

Předmětem této bakalářské práce je návrh rodinného domu pro čtyřčlennou rodinu (2 dospělí + 2 děti). Rodinný dům je navržen na konkrétní parcele, dle zadání vedoucího bakalářské práce. Pozemek se nachází v pražských Vršovicích v ulici Pod Altánem na svažitém terénu. Z východní a západní strany navazuje zástavba dvojdomů nebo solitérních rodinných domů. Z jižní strany je pozemek ohraničen cyklostezkou. V dané lokalitě se nachází několik sportovních areálů. Portfolio obsahuje zpracování architektonické studie a vybrané časti dokumentace pro stavební povolení, jejíž součástí je i energetický koncept budovy.

The subject of this bachelor thesis is the design of a family house for a family of four (2 adults + 2 children). The family house is designed on a specific plot, according to the assignment of the supervisor of the bachelor's thesis. The land is located in Prague's Vršovice in Pod Altánem Street on a sloping terrain. From the east and west sides, the development of semi-detached houses or solitary family houses follows. From the south side, the land is bordered by a bike path. There are several sports facilities in the area. The portfolio includes the elaboration of an architectural study and selected parts of the documentation for a building permit, which also includes the energy concept of the building.
