Abstrakt
This bachelor work deals with the design of the new residential building in Prague and create simplified project documentation for building permit. This documentation consists of a building structures part, which is focused on a technical solution and structural design of the building. Preliminary structural analysis part deals with the preliminary design of the load beading structures and basic check of the most loaded elements. In the foundation part of the documentation, based on the geological survey, the basic solution of the foundation was design. The building services part includes solution of the wastewater and rain drainage, water supply of the building and basic design for the ventilation and heating.
