Občanské centrum - alternativní komunikační prostor

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je návrh nového městotvorného celku, který podpoří život obyvatel historického města Telč. Osobní vztahy místní populace s veřejným prostorem jsou přerušovány častějšími návštěvami turistů. Veřejný prostor obyvatel se s proudícími výletníky začíná proměňovat v neosobní území. Podnětem diplomové práce je vytvoření veřejného prostoru pro obyvatele města, kteří jsou jeho nejzákladnější složkou. Vytvořit prostor, který se stane součástí jejich cest a příběhů, a zároveň přirozenou součástí města. Umístění nového městotvorného objektu bylo zvoleno v pomyslném trojúhelníku Štěpnickým rybník - centrum - železniční nádraží, což jsou místa, která patří mezi nejzásadnější pro město Telč. Jejich propojení vyzdvihne důležitost vodních prvků ve městě a zároveň historickou osu od nádraží směrem do centra města. Návrhem je Občanské centrum. Prostor, který se stává veřejným interiérem města s venkovními a vnitřními částmi. Občanské centrum je složeno ze tří základních složek. Rozvojové centrum, jako maják celého komplexu, které nabízí společenské kancelářské prostory, dále patra relaxační, odpočinkové zóny. Kulturní centrum, jako základna komplexu, které nabízí prostory pro konání společenských událostí, výstav a jiných kulturních akcí města Telč. Komunitní centrum, jako spojující linie, která poskytuje prostory pro místní obchůdky, knihovny a alternativní studovny, najít zde lze i Malý sál. Jednotlivé části komunitního centra mohou být snadno propojeny a vytvářet tak jeden ucelený prostor. Celý komplex Občanského centra je zamýšlen tak, aby jednotlivé části a funkce měly definovanou svou pozici, ale zároveň se navzájem propojily a doplňovaly.

The subject of the diploma thesis is the design of a new urban complex that supports the life of the inhabitants of the historic town of Telč. The personal relations of the local population with public space are interrupted by more frequent visitors of tourists. The public space of the inhabitants with excursionists is beginning to transform into impersonal territory. The impuls of the diploma thesis is the creation of a public space for the inhabitants of the city, who are its most basic component. To create a space that becomes part of their journeys and stories, and at the same time a natural part of the city. The location of the new city building was chosen in the imaginary triangle of Štěpnický pond - city center - railway station, which are places that are among the most important for the city of Telč. By it connection, highlights the important importance of the water features in the city and at the same time the historical axis from the railway station towards the city center. The proposal is the Civic Center. A space that works with the public interior of the city with outdoor and indoor parts. The civic center consists of three basic components. Development center, as the lighthouse of the whole complex, which offers social office space, as well as relaxation and rest zones. Cultural center, as a basic complex that offers areas for social events, exhibitions and other cultural events in the city of Telč. The Community Center, as a connecting line that provides space for local shops, libraries and alternative study rooms, can also be found here in the Small Hall. The individual parts of the community center can be easily connected and thus make one complete space. The whole complex of the Civic Center is intended so that the individual parts and functions are defined by their position, but at the same time they are interconnected and complementary.
