Vyhodnocení investice do nemovitosti určené k bydlení

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá vyhodnocením investice do nemovitosti určené k bydlení. Práce je rozdělena na dvě hlavní části, a to část teoretickou a praktickou. Náplní teoretické části je seznámení čtenáře s danou problematikou a definice základních metod a pojmů. Část praktická se pak zaobírá konkrétním případem investice, a to od výběru vhodné nemovitosti až po vytvoření cashflow projektu a následným porovnání výsledků s kritérii stanovených investorem. Cílem práce je vyhodnotit danou investici a dát investorovi doporučení o jejím přijetí, či zamítnutí.

The bachelor thesis deals with the evaluation of a housing property investment. The thesis is divided into two major parts, the theoretical and the practical. The theoretical part introduces the reader to the issue and defines the basic methods and concepts. The practical part deals with a specific case of investment, from the selection of a suitable real estate to the creation of the project cashflow and the subsequent comparison of the results with the criteria set by the investor. The main aim of the thesis is to evaluate this specific investment and make a recommendation to the investor on its acceptance or rejection.
