Okrsek Zálesí - Obytný blok B

Abstract

Obsahem diplomové práce je architektonická studie a vybrané části projektu ve stupni dokumentace pro stavební povolení. Jedná se o stavební soubor Okrsek Zálesí - Obytný blok B v Praze 4 Krči při ulicích Zálesí, Štůrova a Sulická. Součástí práce je i urbanistická studie lokality, která byla zpracována již v předdiplomním projektu. Řešené území má proměnlivou nivelaci. Na ose V-Z mírně stoupá, obdobně stoupá na ose J-S a následně, v severní časti mírného klesání, nabývá výrazně svažitého charakteru. Samotná parcela bytového domu je rovinná. Cílem práce je návrh nerušeného bydlení s občanskou vybaveností v sousedství Výtopny Krč, dominantního panelového domu z doby socialismu, domova pro seniory a domova pro osoby se zdravotním postižením. Navrhované kultivované bydlení bude formovat tvář této části města. Řešený objekt se nachází v centrální obytné části nově navrhovaného území. V přízemí jsou umístěny obchodní jednotky a od 2.NP slouží k bydlení. V garážích je umístěno technické zázemí domu. Vnitroblok se stromovou alejí a centrálním jezírkem i vegetační pochozí střecha skýtá zvýšený komfort sloužící odpočinku rezidentů.

The content of the diploma thesis is an architectural study and selected parts of the project at the documentation stage for a building permit. It is a building complex Okrsek Zálesí - Residential block B in Prague 4 Krč at Zálesí, Štůrova and Sulická streets. Part of the work is also an urban study of the locality, which was previously prepared in the undergraduate project. The solved area has variable levelling. It rises slightly on the E-W axis, it similarly rises on the S-N axis and subsequently, in the northern part of a slight descent, acquires a markedly sloping character. The plot of the apartment building itself is flat.The aim of the work is to design undisturbed housing with civic amenities in the vicinity of the problematic Heating Plant Krč, a dominant panel house from the time of socialism, a home for the elderly and a home for the disabled.This unique and cultivated housing will shape the new face of this part of the city. The solved object is located in the central residential part of the newly proposed area. Business units are located on the ground floor and used for housing from the 2nd floor. The technical area of the house is located in the garages. The courtyard with a tree-lined avenue and a central lake, as well as a accessible roof garden, provides increased comfort for residents to relax.
