Rozbor přímých nákladů pro stavbu obytného komplexu

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá rozborem přímých nákladů na materiál a mzdy pro stavbu obytného komplexu u položek, které vybraná středně velká stavební firma zajišťuje vlastními zdroji. V teoretické části bakalářské práce jsou vysvětleny hlavní pojmy, které s touto prací úzce souvisí. Praktická část začíná charakteristikou obytného komplexu a stavební firmy. Ve zbývající části se věnuji analýze přímých nákladů na materiál a mzdy, která spočívá v porovnání plánovaných nákladů vyčíslených v rozpočtu na obytný komplex na základě cenové soustavy ÚRS 2021/I v programu Kros4, nákladů zkalkulovaných pomocí jednotkových cen od příslušných dodavatelů stavebních materiálů a v případě mezd s reálně nabízenými odměnami pro danou pracovní pozici. V závěrečné části jsou dílčí analýzy shrnuty, vyhodnoceny a zobrazeny v přehledných tabulkách.

This bachelor's thesis deals with the analysis of direct material costs and wages for the construction of a residential complex for items selected by a medium-sized construction company with its own resources. The theoretical part of the bachelor thesis explains the main concepts that are closely related to this work. The practical part begins with the characteristics of a residential complex and a construction company. In the next part we analyze the direct costs of materials and wages, which calculates the comparison of planned costs calculated in the budget for a residential complex based on the price system ÚRS 2021 / I in Kros4, costs calculated using uniform prices from relevant suppliers of building materials in the case of wages. with the rewards actually offered for the given job position. In the final part, the partial analyzes are summarized, evaluated and displayed in well-aranged tables.
