Abstract

Práce „Řízení výkonnosti podniku z pohledu finančního manažera“ pojednává o kla- sických a moderních ukazatelích finanční analýzy a hodnocení finančního zdraví pod- niků. Klasické i moderní ukazatele jsou nejprve teoreticky představeny (v úvodní části), následně jsou (v praktické části) aplikovány na konkrétní společnost HC Electronics s.r.o. Na základě výsledků jednotlivých ukazatelů jsou na konci práce for- mulována doporučení pro zvýšení výkonnosti.

The work “Business Performance Management from the Perspective of a financial manager” discusses the classic and modern indicators of financial analysis and eval- uation of financial health of companies. Classical and modern indicators are first the- oretically introduced, they they are applied to a specific company HC Electronics s.r.o. Based on the results of individual indicators, recommendations for increasing perfor- mance ale formulated at the end of the work.
