Mezinárodní trh s plynem

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zabývá trhem s plynem ve dvou vybraných zemích – v Německu a České republice. V teoretické časti zde analyzovány základní vlastnosti zemního plynu, jeho využiti v Evropě, současný stav trhu a plynárenské infrastruktury ve vybraných zemích s dalšími plánovanými projekty na území České republiky. Poslední kapitoly této teoretické časti se zabývají srovnáním regulací trhu s plynem těchto dvou států a podrobným rozborem pobídkové regulaci v Německu. Hlavním cílem praktické časti této práce je vytvoření balančního modelu plynu se zaměřením na Německo a západní hranici České republiky pro příštích 10 let. Nejprve je provedena analýza historických dat a na jejich základě je stanoven možný vývoj trhu s plynem a vývoj budoucí spotřeby v Německu a České republice. Model je vypracován v programu MS Exel a analýza časti dat je provedena pomoci programu Gretl. Model vytvořen pro základní scénář vývoje spotřeby. V posledních kapitolách praktické časti je analyzované historická data přeshraničních toků zemního plynů a na jejich základě je navržen model možného vývoje pro období 2020–2030.

This diploma thesis deals with the gas market in two selected countries - Germany and the Czech Republic. The theoretical part analyzes the basic properties of natural gas, its use in Europe, the current state of the market and gas infrastructure in selected countries with other planned projects in the Czech Republic. The last chapters of this theoretical part deal with the comparison of gas market regulations of these two countries and a detailed analysis of incentive regulation in Germany. The main goal of the practical part of this work is to create a gas balance model focusing on Germany and the western border of the Czech Republic for the next 10 years. First, an analysis of historical data is performed and based on them, the possible development of the gas market and the development of future consumption in Germany and the Czech Republic are determined. The model is developed in the MS Exel program and the analysis of a part of the data is performed with the help of the Gretl program. Model created for the basic scenario of consumption development. In the last chapters of the practical part, the historical data of cross-border flows of natural gases are analyzed and based on them a model of possible development for the period 2020–2030 is proposed.
