Šumavské Hoštice - charakter, struktura a hodnoty zástavby

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá charakterem, strukturou a hodnotovou analýzou zástavby sídel. Obecně analytická část je zaměřena na vymezení pojmů charakter a struktura zástavby a definici analyzovaných hodnot zástavby. Zjištěné poznatky jsou prověřeny ve vyhodnocení hodnot, charakteru a struktury zástavby sídla Šumavské Hoštice. Součástí průzkumu sídla je i zjištění problémů a závad, které s hodnotami, charakterem a strukturou zástavby v daném sídle souvisí. V návrhové části práce jsou přehledně zdokumentovány zjištěné údaje a navržené zásady pro ochranu hodnot a případná eliminace závad v charakteru a struktuře sídla. Součástí textové části je také fotodokumentace řešeného území.

The bachelor's thesis deals with the character, structure and value analysis of the development of settlements. In general, the analytical part is focused on defining the concepts of character and structure of the built-up area and defining the analyzed values of the built-up area. The findings are examined in the evaluation of the values, character and structure of the built-up area of the place Šumavské Hoštice. Part of the survey of the place is also the identification of problems and defects related to the values, character and structure of the built-up area in the given place. In the design part of the thesis, the data collected and the proposed principles for the protection of values and possible elimination of defects in the character and structure of the place are clearly documented. Part of the text part is also photo documentation of the solved area.
