Cyklodoprava v kontextu územního plánování zázemí velkých sídel

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je zjištění podmínek, potřebných k fungování cyklodopravy v sídlech, ověření provázanosti územně plánovacích nástrojů s potřebami cyklodopravy a vytvoření metody, hodnotící stěžejní kritéria těchto dvou oblastí v praxi. Práce je složena ze tří oddílů – analytické části, metodické části a části, kde je metodika aplikována. Textová část byla zpracována jako literární rešerše na podkladě doporučených a nalezených zdrojů. Metodická část popisuje hlavní tezi a milníky vytvořené metody na základě informací získaných z literární rešerše a zkušeností, jak s územím tak cyklistických. Poslední aplikační část byla vypracována jako uvedení vyprojektované metody do praxe pasportem hlavních cyklotras v okolí města Hradec Králové. Jejím výstupem jsou podrobné pasportní listy každé cyklotrasy a jedenadvacet výkresů, jeden generelní, a čtyři konkrétní ke každé trase. Výkresy byly zpracovány v programech ArcGIS ArcMap 10.7 a studentské verzi ArchiCAD 21.

The aim of the Bachelor thesis is to find out what are the typical conditions needed to a cycle transport functioning in settlements, to verify interconnectedness of the Spatial planning measures and instruments with the needs of cycle transport, and also to create a method, through which it is possible to rate key criteria of these two respective fields in practice. The thesis consists of three main sections – the analytical section, the methodological section and the practical section in which the method is put into practice. The Analytical part was compiled as a literary research based on recommended and found sources. The Methodological part describes the main thesis and milestones of the created method in reference to previous literary research and personal experience, both with the area of interest and cycling. The last part – the part of method application – was written as a put-into-practice report about a passport of the main bike paths around the city of Hradec Králové. This part’s outcomes are detailed passport sheets for all bike paths and twenty one technical drawings – one general and four specific for each bike path. The drawings were made in the ArcGIS ArcMap 10.7 and ArchiCAD 21 Student license softwares.
