Urbanistické a krajinné hodnoty v části SO ORP Plzeň

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na identifikaci urbanistických a krajinných hodnot na území obcí Starý Plzenec a Šťáhlavy. Identifikace jednotlivých hodnot byla provedena na základě historického a kulturního vývoje území, studie přírodních podmínek lokality, studie starých mapových podkladů a jejich porovnání se současným stavem a též na základě terénního průzkumu. Nalezené hodnoty byly popsány a byl zhodnocen jejich současný stav. Výstupem práce je porovnání nalezených hodnot v území s hodnotami a výsledky Územní studie krajiny SO ORP Plzeň a hodnotami územně analytických podkladů ORP Plzeň (2016).

The bachelor’s thesis is focused on identification of urban and landscape values in Starý Plzenec and Šťáhlavy. The identification of each value was based on the historical and cultural evolution of the area of interest, study of natural conditions, old maps study and their comparison with contemporary maps and also based on own field work. Found values were described and assessed in regards of their actual conditions. The result of this thesis is comparison of found values in the area with values and results of the Landscape Study SO ORP Plzeň (2019) and values of the Planning Analytical Materials ORP Plzeň (2016).
