dc.description.abstractTato bakalářská práce popisuje dopřednou a zpětnou Burrows-Wheelerovu transformaci a obsahuje rešerši existujících algoritmů řešících problém vyhledávání přesného vzorku v transformovaném textu. Přiložena je potom naše otestovaná implementace popsaných datových struktur a algoritmů do fakultního projektu Algorithms Library Toolkit.cze
